Hi, I'm Dani Zee! I'm passionate about empowering women to improve their health and well-being through personal training. As a personal trainer, fitness instructor and a mother, I specialise in creating tailored workouts for women of all fitness levels, with a special focus on parents who want to prioritise their fitness while caring for their little ones. With my expertise, you can achieve your fitness goals in the comfort of your own home or join one of my fun and inclusive fitness classes where mums can bring their babies and children up to 5 years old along. Let's work together to create a healthier, stronger you!

I specialise in weight loss, strength training, HIIT, and pre/post-natal fitness. As a mobile PT, I come to you, making fitness accessible for busy mothers and those who can't get to the gym. Personal Training

One of the barriers to exercise I faced as a new mother was the lack of facilities in commercial gyms for bringing my baby along while my partner was at work. This caused significant frustration, as it was challenging to prioritise my health and well-being, especially after giving birth, while also caring for my little one. As mothers, our time is often stretched thin, making it difficult to prioritise ourselves. However, it is crucial for parents to be strong both physically and mentally for their families.

Furthermore, as a pregnant woman, I wanted to make sure I was performing all exercises safely and correctly and staying the healthiest and fittest I could possibly be while growing a baby,.

 

My mobile 1-1 personal training service aims to help mothers overcome these challenges. By working out from the comfort of your home or a nearby open area, you can exercise with your little one(s) present, avoiding additional childcare costs. This approach allows for greater flexibility and convenience, ensuring that your fitness goals can be met without compromising your responsibilities as a parent.

 

Whether your goal is to lose fat, regain strength, rebuild your core, or improve overall fitness levels, we can achieve it together, creating the best version of yourself! My training programs are designed to fit seamlessly into your busy schedule, providing personalized support and guidance every step of the way. Together, we can make your health and well-being a priority, helping you to be strong and resilient for your family.

Just you, your baby/toddler (or both), and a community of supportive mothers getting stronger together.

About the class

Perfect for all fitness levels, this dynamic class blends bodyweight and equipment-based exercises to target every muscle group, helping you burn calories and build strength. Each week will offer a fresh workout routine to keep things exciting and challenging. No need to bring anything—just come as you are and enjoy a class with great music, we will provide all the equipment you need. Plus, we will also focus on core strength and stability to help you rebuild a stronger, more resilient core.
